Dominator

The Dominator has been our most popular coatings application system since its introduction in 2001. With it's impressive peristaltic design, coupled with a hydraulic speed control, this system can handle the most rigorous materials with ease, while producing an application rate of choice for those ever changing job conditions, crew sizes, and material variations. Whether you're pumping traditional scratch & brown stucco, fibered one-coat, dash, synthetic/ acrylic stucco (E.I.F.S), base coats & finishes, fireproofing, or any combination of these materials, then this is the system for you.

D2

The D2 is a derivative of the Domintor and provides all the same pumping power that the Dominator has offered for so many years with the added ease of adapting your mixer for direct dumping into the hopper.

Slim Design - Only 32 inches wide allows for easy access through doorways, lifts and elevators for interior applications.

D2 Features

The D2 is a derivative of the Domintor and provides all the same pumping power that the Dominator has offered for so many years with the added ease of adapting your mixer for direct dumping into the hopper.

Direct Mixer Dump - Now load your hopper even easier. This design allows for the spray material to dump directly into the hopper by simply elevating the mixer to an elevation that can directly dump into the hopper.

Features On Both the Dominator and D2

Pneumatic Wheels – Two swivel casters in the front and two 12” wide track wheels in the rear to make moving this machine easy through the most rigorous job site conditions.

Heavy Duty Design – Designed to take the use and abuse of job site conditions and still provide many years of reliable service.

Self Contained – The Dominator comes COMPLETE! The Honda engine (or Baldor motor) powers the hydraulic system and the compressor and is packaged with hoses and spray nozzle/gun so there is nothing else you need to start spraying.

Hopper – Made entirely of STAINLESS STEEL to prevent rusting inside and out.

Accessories

Air Actuated Flex Gun – Our best finish gun available! Don’t let the size or weight fool you. The versatility of the Flex Gun design makes the job easier. The flexible section swivel allows you to move the head without moving the hose. This allows you to cover more wall surface with less back and arm strain.

Browning Gun – This gun allows maximum flow for heavy, thick, and abrasive materials.

Industrial Hose – All hoses are constructed out of industrial grade red rubber hose to provide maximum flexibility combined with durability. Every hose assembly comes complete with a material hose at the specified size with quick locking camlocks, an air supply hose and air control hose.

Clean Out Kit – This patented system is included with every Dominator and D2, and makes cleaning your system a snap.

Camlock Adapter – This system allows you to connect different diameter hoses together with easy to use quick camlocks.

Pole Gun - Extend your Reach! With a standard swivel to keep your hoses from getting tangled, now your vaulted ceilings are a snap. Standard sizes are 24" or 30" but just tell us what you need and we will build it!

Peristaltic Pump Systems: Dominator & D2

How It Works

A peristaltic pump system works by way of rollers that squeeze a heavy duty hose, thus pulling /drawing the material in from the hopper. Then the roller pushes the material thus creating a forward flow into the material line and out of the gun.

Advantages of a Peristaltic Pump

No material comes in contact with ANY moving parts: Material is dumped directly into the hopper, drawn through the pump, and pushed out of the hose and gun. This pumping action avoids direct contact with any moving parts, thus eliminating not only eventual pump corrosion, but also pump/material friction that often accelerates material set time and pump breakdown.

Adapts to various materials: Since this system avoids direct material to pump contact, it allows some of the most abrasive and problematic materials to be pumped through it. With such an array of material types and their different capabilities, a contractor needs a system that not only pumps material for your current project, but one that is adaptable for different materials for future projects. This ultimately puts another "bullet" in the contractor's gun, which will allow him/her to broaden ones business by expanding the types of coatings used, while expediting the means of application.
